Job summary

Shaner Hotels at the DoubleTree by Hilton Neenah, WI is seeking a customer-service oriented front desk associate. You will greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and answer inquiries with professionalism.

This role emphasizes accurate payments, teamwork with Housekeeping, and delivering a welcoming experience. Full-time opportunities include benefits and travel perks. A background in hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest services including check-in/check-out.
• Process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
• Provide information and services to guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
