Qualifications

• Knowledge of local activities and attractions for guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of Front Desk functions according to hotel standards.
• Direct, implement and maintain a strong service and management philosophy guiding staff.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates, availability, and arrivals/departures.
• Assist staff with their job functions to ensure optimum guest service.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
• Present guest folios and process payments in line with policies.
• Respond to guest reviews and requests, providing service recovery as needed.
• Assist with front desk scheduling, hiring and training.
