Job summary

The Orbit One Vacation Villas in Orlando, FL seeks a dedicated Front Office Supervisor to join our management team. This is a full-time, hourly role with a 40-hour week and evening/weekend/holiday availability.

You will oversee guest check-ins/outs, room assignments, payments, and coordination with Housekeeping, ensuring exceptional guest service and accuracy. Strong computer skills and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with computers and software

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins/outs and room assignments
• Handle payments, issue keys, and confirm reservations
• Coordinate with Housekeeping on room status
• Answer guest inquiries and provide directions
• Assist with reservations and respond to guest concerns
• Maintain guest confidentiality and protect assets
