Job summary

HRI Hospitality in Indianapolis Downtown is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations, greet guests, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out experiences.

Responsibilities include supervising front desk agents, handling guest concerns, coordinating with Housekeeping and Maintenance, and upholding safety and brand standards while training staff. Weekend/holiday shifts required in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of front desk or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel systems (OnQ or Opera) is a plus.
• Knowledge of cash handling and front desk procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist Guest Service Agents with daily front desk operations.
• Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
• Handle guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure room readiness.
