Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Renaissance Indianapolis North is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team and ensure smooth check‑in/check‑out experiences for guests. This role involves training agents, supervising shifts, and coordinating with Maintenance and Housekeeping to maintain service standards while managing the house bank.

This position requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, a high school diploma, and excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage guests.
• Check guests in and ensure proper credit, notes on special requests, and accurate information.
• Resolve issues to WOW guests and support the team.
• Supervise daily shift process and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Train and coach Front Desk staff to maintain quality operations.
