Job summary

Aloft Hotel Miami Aventura seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead the guest services team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest satisfaction. You will respond professionally and provide accurate information and services to guests.

You will supervise daily shift processes, train and coach front desk staff, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate with housekeeping and reservations to maintain high service standards.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift processes, ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems, and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Build strong relationships and liaise with all other departments, especially housekeeping, reservations, etc.
• Controls cash transactions at the front desk and maintains complete responsibility for personal bank as specified by hotel bank agreement policy.
