Job summary

Tybee Vacation Rentals in Tybee Island, GA is seeking a Guest Services Agent to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, owners and vendors, handling reservations, payments, and maintenance coordination.

You will manage folios, update property notes, create work orders, and respond to guest requests while maintaining professional relationships and ensuring a positive experience throughout each stay.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with document management, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with owners, guests, and vendors.
• Review, update, and manage property notes and folios.
• Resolve owners and guest-related issues.
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance requests.
• Create, close, and modify work orders and property blocks.
• Develop and maintain a trade vendor list and work with vendors to complete work orders.
• Create, modify, and cancel reservations.
• Process payments and code auto-payment exclusions.
• Revise reservation folios and property details in the reservation system.
