Job summary

Bolongo Bay Beach Resort in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, is looking for a Part-Time Guest Services - Reservations Agent to be the first contact for guests, delivering friendly service during check-in, check-out, and phone inquiries.

The role covers Front Desk responsibilities during lunch hours and errands, followed by Reservations coverage until 9pm. Experience in hospitality or customer service is helpful, with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with hotel reservation systems (PMS), Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check-in/check-out, handle room assignments and payments.
• Manage front desk transactions including deposits and refunds.
• Answer calls and emails courteously and promptly; provide information on amenities and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and management to meet guest needs.
