Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver exceptional service at the Guest Service Counter, handle money orders, postage, and other store transactions, and support front-end operations with accuracy and courtesy.

The role involves assisting guests with returns, coupon refunds, and exchanges, performing cashiering duties, and backing up team members and managers as needed, while maintaining Coborn's high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-end cashiering or guest services is preferred.
• Ability to assist guests with returns, exchanges and coupon refunds.
• Attention to pricing accuracy and shopfloor service standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude by delivering remarkable service.
• Perform front-end tasks: cashiering, bagging, money orders, postal equipment, and other transactions.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and price adjustments.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup to staff across Guest Services and cashiering.
• Support Guest Service Manager in their absence.
