Coborn’s, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver outstanding guest service at the front-end and guest service counter. You’ll manage cashier duties, money orders, and Western Union, while assisting guests with returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform front-end cashiering and related duties.
• Capable of handling returns, exchanges, and refunds with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude and provide remarkable service.
• Perform cashiering, bagging, and operate money order/electronic payment equipment.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and coupon refunds.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup to Guest Service Manager when needed.
