You will support front-end operations, perform cashier interventions, and assist with returns, coupons, and exchanges. Responsibilities include maintaining a positive guest attitude, operating money order and payment machines, and providing backup to the Guest Service Manager.

• Performs cashiering, bagging, and various machine transactions.
• Handles returns, coupon refunds, exchanges, and transaction reversals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude with remarkable service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, and machine transactions.
• Assist guests with returns, overrings, and overcharges.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup to employees and management in absence of the Guest Service team.
