Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable guest service at the front-end and through cashier interventions.
• Perform cashiering, bagging, money orders, electronic payments, postal tasks, and related transactions.
• Assist guests with returns, pricing issues, and problem escalation to management.
• Support the Guest Service team with coverage and backups as needed.
