Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver high-quality guest service at the front-end and throughout the store.

You will handle cashiering, bagging, money orders, Western Union, and other services to support a seamless guest experience. The role includes assisting guests with returns, overcharges, and pricing issues while performing cashier accuracy audits and providing backup to teammates and to the Guest Service Manager as needed.

• Strong accuracy and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude and deliver remarkable service.
• Perform front-end duties including cashiering, bagging, money order and postal tasks, and related transactions.
• Assist guests with returns, overrings, and overcharges while maintaining accuracy.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and identify problem areas for management.
• Provide backup to teammates across Guest Services, cashiering, and related duties as needed.
• Support the Guest Service Manager and Senior Guest Service Manager in their absence.
