Job summary

Coborn's Incorporated is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver remarkable guest service at the Guest Service Counter, handling cash, money orders, Western Union, and other services. You will assist guests with returns, price adjustments, and provide backup to management as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-end retail or guest service.
• Ability to perform cashiering, returns, and exchanges.
• Comfort with handling money and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude with remarkable service.
• Perform front-end tasks including cashiering, bagging, money orders, and Western Union.
• Assist guests with returns, overrings, and overcharges.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup to team members and to the Guest Service Manager in their absence.
