Job summary

NCG Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Representative at the Tru Glendale Campus hotel in Glendale, AZ. The role involves answering phones, processing reservations, and handling check-in/out in a friendly, professional manner to create memorable guest experiences.

Experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred. Must be able to work a rotating schedule including 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Competitive starting pay and growth opportunities offered.

• Customer service experience is required.
• Accurate cash handling experience is required.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, plus attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, make reservations, check guests in/out and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Use property management system to manage reservations, check-in/check-out, process payments and handle cash drawer.
• Anticipate and resolve guest requests and issues, aiming to exceed guest expectations.
• Employ sales techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue.
