Qualifications

• Manages cashier functions, returns, price checks, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Assists guests with money orders, postal services, and other store services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude and provide outstanding service.
• Handle cashiering, bagging, and operate money order and payment machines.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and pricing issues as needed.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report problems to management.
• Provide backup coverage to the Guest Service Manager when needed.
