Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain a 'Say Yes to the Guest' attitude by providing remarkable guest service.
• Perform all front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, operating money order and electronic payment machines, postal machinery, copies, lottery equipment and Western Union.
• Assist guests with returns, overrings, and overcharges.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report pricing or equipment issues to management.
• Provide backup to colleagues and to the Guest Service Manager in their absence.
