Formación

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to perform front-end tasks and handle cash accurately.
• Comfort with using money orders, Western Union, and postal services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remarkable guest service at the Front Service Counter.
• Perform cashiering, bagging, and a range of transactions (money orders, postal services, etc.).
• Assist guests with returns, price adjustments, and coupon refunds.
• Support store operations and participate in cashier accuracy audits.
• Provide backup to the Guest Service Manager as needed.
