Qualifications

• Provides remarkable guest service at the front-end.
• Performs cashiering, bagging, and operates money order/electronic payment/postage equipment.
• Assists guests with returns, overcharges, and coupon refunds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude with excellent service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, and various service machines.
• Assist guests with returns, overrings, and overcharges; conduct cashier audits.
• Provide backup to Guest Service Manager when needed.
