Job summary
Coborn seeks a Guest Services Representative to support the front-end with cashiering, money orders, Western Union, and related services. You’ll help guests with returns, price issues, and general inquiries while maintaining Coborn’s high service standards.

- Ability to perform cashier transactions, money orders, and payments.
- Assist guests with returns, exchanges and coupon refunds.
Responsibilities
- Provide remarkable guest service with a positive attitude.
- Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, and handling money order/electronic payment transactions.
- Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and pricing concerns.
- Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
- Provide backup support across Guest Services and cashiering when needed.
