Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations and guest services.
• Proficient in English (spoken, reading, writing); other languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a unique, personable way.
• Book hotel reservations and register guests at check-in.
• Process check-out and handle cash drawer transactions.
• Answer calls, route messages, and provide guest information.
• Promote loyalty program and recognize members.
• Assist in resolving guest complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain records of cash flows, registrations, and reservations.
