Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet, Register and service guests in line with brand and sustainability standards. You will handle bookings, payments, billing and check-in/check-out procedures using our PMS system.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma (or equivalent) and prior customer service experience. This role involves standing for long periods and may require shifts on weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately and offer to assist with their needs.
• Register and assign guests to hotel rooms.
• Establish methods of payment and verify credit.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Balance accounts and conduct audits.
• Transmit and receive messages using the PMS system.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Receive and resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor if necessary.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Assist in the breakfast area or with luggage during peak periods.
