Job summary

Oxford Collection of Hotels in Portland, OR seeks a friendly Guest Experience Representative - Suites to deliver exceptional service at check-in/out and set a welcoming tone for every guest.

You will handle payments, share local information, assist with arrivals and departures, and support administrative tasks while upholding our hospitality standards. A High School Diploma is preferred; training is provided, and MS Office knowledge is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Guest services experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills for guest interactions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with hotel operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest services during check-in and check-out with courtesy and efficiency.
• Handle payments according to hotel procedures and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Offer information about hotel amenities, local area offerings, and promotions.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information and document guest requests or issues.
• Input and relay guest information to appropriate departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with shuttle services or other transportation as needed.
