Shaner Group is seeking a front desk/guest services professional in a hotel setting to support guest check-ins and check-outs in State College, PA. You will handle payments, provide information to guests, and ensure a courteous, professional experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience, with hotel exposure preferred, and will be comfortable communicating with guests and staff.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsabilidades

• Check-in and check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently.
• Process payments according to established hotel requirements.
• Provide information and services to guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments/personnel.
• Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
