Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service consistently.
• Pre-assign rooms including VIPs, repeat guests, and special requests.
• Check guests in and out in a confident, professional manner.
• Answer phone calls promptly and provide accurate information.
• Complete all items on the shift checklist by end of shift.
• Follow established key control policy and cash handling procedures.
• Balance daily shift bank and verify transactions.
• Assist guests with Concierge services and local area information.
• Monitor room availability and yield management status.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
