• Ensures calls are answered promptly according to department standards.
• Follows emergency procedures as a communications link.
• Responds to fax and email inquiries.
• Confirms and modifies reservations.
• Greets, registers, and assigns rooms; issues keys to arriving guests.
• Assists guests with requests like room changes or extra amenities.
• Posts charges to guest folios and handles payments.
• Resolves guest complaints.
• Maintains cash banks and handles transactions.
• Processes end-of-shift reports and communicates issues to staff.
• Contacts housekeeping and facilities for room issues.
• Reviews folios for accuracy and assists checkout.
• Adheres to policies and procedures.
• Offers luggage assistance.
