Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests in a friendly manner and assist with check-outs.
• Assist in taking reservations, pre-registrations, and room blocking.
• Assist large groups on arrival and help guests find dining and local attractions.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and communicate with other departments as needed.
• Process payments and upsell facilities and services.
