Job summary

The Study Hotels in Chicago, IL is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver genuine hospitality and exceptional service at the front desk and living room. You will assist with check-in/check-out, reservations, payments, and guest inquiries, acting as a vital link between guests and hotel operations.

The role requires a friendly, organized, and service-oriented individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of customer-facing or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with warmth and efficiency.
• Handle check-in/check-out, reservations, and payments accurately.
• Manage reservations and room assignments in the PMS.
• Answer inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local area.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and special accommodations.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and living room area.
