My Place Hotel in Plainfield, IN is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and manage reservations with accuracy.

You will assist guests with local attractions, coordinate with housekeeping, and promote the Stay Rewarded Loyalty Program while maintaining organized records and a friendly, professional demeanor during day shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check-ins/outs, record charges.
• Provide information about local area and hotel amenities.
• Operate phone system and manage wake-up calls.
• Process credit card authorizations and cash transactions.
• Maintain front desk records and Night Audit prep.
• Report issues to General Manager.
• Follow safety protocols and inspect property.
• Promote loyalty program.
• Assist with housekeeping and stocking tasks as needed.
