My Place Hotel in Redding is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative to be the main contact for guests from reservation to checkout. You will handle check-ins/outs, book and record charges, and provide area information to ensure a smooth stay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, record room charges per policy.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, and churches.
• Operate the phone system, take and transfer calls, and manage wake-up calls.
• Process credit card authorizations and cash transactions, provide change.
• Maintain front desk records, Night Audit Checklist, cash logs, and logs.
• Inspect property for safety, security, and lighting; report issues.
• Promote Stay Rewarded Loyalty Program to guests.
• Assist with cleaning tasks, laundry, stocking supplies, and coffee bar.
• Deliver guest supplies and manage master keys for staff; assist housekeeping.
