Job summary

Aqua-Aston Hospitality, LLC is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to welcome guests, check them in, and coordinate with departments to resolve requests at our Tempe location. You will assist with inquiries, explain room features, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

The role involves daily guest interactions, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures in a hospitality setting. Availability for varied shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Checks Owners/guests into their villas for their stay, and reviews property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Responds to guests' questions, concerns, and requests and coordinates with other departments to resolve issues.
• Identifies and explains room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, ice, and vending areas).
• Follows up to ensure requests are met and guest satisfaction is achieved.
• Answers telephone calls and routes to the proper department.
• May assist with bellman and runner duties.
• Welcomes and greets guests and anticipates their needs.
• Interacts professionally with colleagues and guests and contributes to team goals.
• Adheres to company policies and safety procedures.
