Aqua Aston Hospitality (AAH) is seeking a part-time Guest Services Agent in Hawaii to assist owners and guests with villa check-ins, local activities, and inquiries. You will respond to questions, coordinate with departments, and help ensure memorable guest experiences.

The role supports a friendly, supportive work environment with on-site perks and flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Experience in guest services is valued, and background screening may apply.

Qualifications

• Availability to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to warmly welcome guests and respond to requests professionally.
• Willingness to undergo background and drug screening per policy.

Responsibilities

• Check Owners/guests into villas and review amenities and local activities.
• Listen and respond to guests' questions and coordinate with other departments.
• Explain room features and locations (keys, ice, vending).
• Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Answer telephone calls and route to the proper department.
• Assist bellman and runner duties as needed.
