Job summary

Hilton Parsippany is seeking a friendly, proactive Bell/Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and drive the hotel shuttle. You will promote hotel amenities and respond quickly to guest requests, contributing to a memorable stay for all visitors.

Ideal candidates exhibit high work ethic, can handle high-pressure situations, and are capable of working nights, weekends, or holidays as needed. A valid driver’s license and safe driving record are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with strong customer service skills, including ability to handle guest complaints and/or concerns.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests arriving and departing the hotel, hold the front doors and provide excellent guest service.
• Carry baggage to the guest's room and manage luggage records.
• Safely drive the hotel shuttle van or guest vehicles as needed.
• Know hotel facilities/hours and give clear directions to guests.
• Suggest and promote hotel amenities (restaurant, lounge, spa).
• Respond to bell services requests within 2 minutes.
