Job summary

VH Hospitality is seeking a Bellman/Shuttle Driver to provide luggage assistance and transportation for guests in a professional, safety-conscious manner. You will support Front Desk operations and uphold Marriott brand standards where applicable.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with luggage, guiding them to rooms, and explaining hotel amenities. You will operate shuttle vehicles safely, handle packages, and assist with guest requests as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide courteous, prompt guest service aligning with brand standards.
• Ability to assist with luggage and guest requests professionally.
• Strong communication and teamwork with Front Office and shuttle operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally.
• Assist with luggage handling and escort guests to guestrooms.
• Escort guests to guestrooms and assist with packages.
• Explain room features and hotel amenities to guests.
• Operate hotel shuttle vehicles safely.
• Drive guests within a 5 mile radius of the hotel.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby entrance and vehicles.
• Ensure guest safety and security at all times.
• Back up Front Desk agents when necessary.
