Job summary

Limelight Hotels in Ketchum, Idaho, is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver food and beverage service in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. Reports to the Restaurant Manager and works in a table-service restaurant and/or bar/lounge environment.

Applicants should have a HS diploma or GED, prior guest service experience, and a willingness to obtain or share TIPS certification where applicable. Shift flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• One year prior guest service experience preferred.
• TIPS Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are served promptly and professionally.
• Keep tables set, condiments stocked, and menus clean.
• Stack and polish glassware and silver.
• Provide beverage service including alcoholic drinks.
• Operate POS and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff; communicate guest comments.
• Assist in daily cleaning operations in the restaurant.
