Star Furniture in Austin, Texas is seeking a Guest Services Associate to finalize sales orders and deliver a superior guest experience in our retail showroom.

The role requires at least one year in customer service, comfort with technology, and strong English communication; you will assist guests, answer calls, perform daily audits, and support opening/closing procedures alongside store management.

Responsabilidades

• Finalizes sales orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Provides all guests with an ITGuest Experience.
• Performs daily audits and Office Checklist.
• Assists guests with questions on their orders or accounts.
• Directs guest issues and concerns with urgency to store management or Customer Care Center.
• Answers incoming calls and directs to the appropriate person/department.
• Performs daily audits to ensure accuracy of all open orders.
• Responsible for opening/closing procedures.
