Anchor Point Management Group is hiring for an in-person guest service and sales role in Rockford, IL. The position offers hourly pay with sales bonuses and requires welcoming guests, promoting services, and educating clients on our exclusive product line.

The team focuses on delivering a high-energy, friendly experience while managing front desk tasks and keeping the center organized and inviting. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.50 Hourly

Full-Time & Part-Time

Hourly + Sales Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
• Promote additional services, new products/ promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus
