NORTH AMERICAN WAX COMPANY LLC in Lombard, IL is seeking dedicated staff to greet guests, educate them on our wax services, and drive sales. This in-person role emphasizes guest experience, product knowledge, and accurate front desk operations in a fast-paced center.

Ideal candidates have strong sales and service skills, good communication, and availability for evenings and weekends to meet busy hours and sales goals. Training provided for waxing techniques and sales strategies.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.50 Hourly

Full-Time & Part-Time

Hourly + Sales Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
• Promote additional services, new products/ promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
