What You’ll Do

  • Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.
  • Respond to requests and concerns with urgency and empathy as a guest advocate.
  • Process payments and update guest accounts as needed.
  • Enter and update reservation information in the system.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding room availability and status.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk area.
  • Close and balance room accounts.
  • Generate, print, and distribute various reports.
  • Make account adjustments as necessary.

Education and Experience

  • Preferred 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to foster a productive team embodying PEACH values.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with changing priorities.

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Must navigate various departments within the organization’s premises.
