What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Routinely interact with customers to assist in resolving complex or escalated issues
- Perform research to determine optimal resolutions for customer inquiries
- Provide timely follow-up and follow-through on customer requests
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external teams
- Document details related to customer contacts and develop subject matter expertise in various business areas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous customer service experience
- Distraction-free, designated workspace/home office
- High-speed internet connection
- Ability to perform basic equipment troubleshooting and PC/hardware setup
- Must be able to work an 8-hour shift between 9 AM and 10 PM Eastern and have the ability to work on weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of inbound contact center experience within the past 5 years
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous work-from-home experience
- Demonstrated success in a CSR I position within the employer’s contact centers
