Parks Hospitality Group is hiring a Guest Services Representative at the Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh Cary in Cary, NC. This front desk role greets guests, handles check-in/out, answers questions, supports reservations, and collaborates with hotel departments to ensure a seamless stay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and a welcoming demeanor essential.

• Basic computer skills; familiarity with hotel software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
• Answer questions, provide local information, and fulfill special requests.
• Ensure requests are handled promptly with high service levels.
• Manage reservations, cancellations and modifications as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues.
• Keep front desk organized and assist with administrative duties.
