• Less Than 1 Year Experience in a business setting answering multiple line phone systems and performing general clerical duties or customer service position.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs reception, switchboard, and clerical tasks.
• Provides departmental assistance as needed and facilitates communication to internal departments.
• Assists with visitation needs, escorts and wayfinding as needed.
• Opens, dates, sorts and distributes department mail.
• Performs general clerical duties such as filing, collating and envelope stuffing.
• Meets and greets visitors and notifies appropriate party of arrival.
• Assists patients, guests and employees as needed.
• Conducts patient look-ups, escorts, wayfinding and wheelchair transports as needed.
• Answers all incoming calls, screens, transfers and takes thorough messages.
