Western States Lodging & Management seeks a friendly Guest Services Representative at Hilton Garden Inn Ogden. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, handle reservations, and provide information on local attractions and hotel services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–1 year of hospitality or front desk experience is acceptable.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional communication in person and on the phone.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel PMS and payment systems.
• Strong attention to detail with reservations and guest accounts.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out, register guests, assign rooms, issue keys, and process payments.
• Accommodate special requests to create a personalized guest experience.
• Answer calls and respond to guest questions promptly.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, services, promotions, and local attractions.
• Assist with pre-registration and reservation blocking as needed.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Follow cash handling and payment policies.
• Complete front desk checklists and daily tasks accurately.
• Audit group guest accounts for charges and postings.
