Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service or guest relations experience preferred.
• Experience in a recreational or park district setting is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide information about park facilities, programs and events.
• Handle inquiries and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Assist with registration and booking of park programs and events.
• Maintain a clean, organized guest services area and up-to-date materials.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Monitor safety or maintenance issues and report promptly.
