The Skokie Park District is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet patrons, process registrations, provide information about programs and facilities, and answer inquiries at the front desk in Skokie, IL. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to use office software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and outstanding customer service.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain and keep current CPR and AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Process program registrations and payments using the RecTrac system.
• Process registrations, passes, permits and sales for facilities.
• Handle cash, checks, credit cards and gift cards; complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain front desk and display area cleanliness.
• Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries about programs and events.
