Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Friendly, enthusiastic and energetic personality is a must.
• Proven success in a prior customer service role is highly desirable.
• Outstanding communication skills both in person and over the phone.
• Computer skills are essential.
• A self-starter who takes initiative to complete a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Admission staff check patrons into the computer system, answer the phone and complete transactions.
• Provide excellent front-line customer service to visitors and patrons.
• Answer phone calls and handle appropriately.
• Assist with other administrative duties and special projects/events as needed.
