Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver Four Diamond service and memorable guest experiences. You will assist guests during check-in/check-out, manage cash handling, and promote resort offerings across hotel and gaming environments.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency with hotel systems. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2+ years in a hotel/casino.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Must qualify to obtain and maintain a Class 'A' gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously during check-in/check-out.
• Maintain a cash bank and complete shift closing.
• Create, update, and reprint club member accounts in gaming system.
• Establish relationships with guests at all levels.
• Operate hotel computer systems (PMS, CMP, HOTSOS, etc.).
