JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision and direction of the Manager, the Customer Service Agent is responsible for the efficient operation of the customer service desk. Customer Service Agent is responsible for handling the daily business at the customer service desk, registrations, open skating, skate rental and ice rental payments, answering telephones and giving information on Ice Arena programs and operations, daily deposits/bookkeeping. Works hours as assigned including days, nights, weekends.
