Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

• Meticulous attention to detail in financial transactions and guest records.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests; handle check-ins/outs and manage reservations.
• Provide information about the hotel, amenities, local attractions, and address guest concerns professionally.
• Operate the phone system; take/transfer calls; record messages; arrange wake-up calls.
• Process payments: credit card authorizations and cash transactions; provide change as needed.
• Maintain front desk records; prepare Night Audit Checklist; report issues to GM.
• Promote Stay Rewarded loyalty program and assist with cleaning tasks and housekeeping support as needed.
