Job summary

Western States Lodging & Management seeks a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and provide information on amenities and local attractions. You’ll handle payments, maintain accurate accounts, and deliver a high level of service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 year in hospitality or customer service, friendly communication, and basic computer skills to learn property-management systems.

• Provide information on amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Follow cash handling and payment policies; complete front desk checklists.
